Send your photo and proposed wording. The portrait sketch and layout are emailed for you to review. No payment or deposit is required to see them.
2. A quote with the details
Your selected size and backing update the displayed estimate. UK mainland delivery is included. We are not VAT registered. The proof-stage quote confirms your portrait, metal, finish, dimensions, backing and final price, together with any other destination charges and an estimated schedule. If you have a date in mind or a particular display location, mention it with your request.
3. Approval and payment
Check the likeness, spelling, names and dates carefully. Ask for any changes before approving the final proof. Your email includes a payment link to use if you decide to order. Production begins after approval and payment.
4. Production and delivery
Production and delivery estimates are confirmed with the quote. They are specific to your plaque and destination. Do not rely on an event date until it has been confirmed.
