Using this preview
Public sketch requests are not open yet. When the form says “Preview the sketch request”, your photograph and details remain in the current browser page. You can download a text draft; it has not been submitted.
Your request details
The signed-in studio can make test submissions. These save the photo, contact details, inscription and chosen plaque options in private Supabase storage and database records. Test emails go to the studio inbox. The uploaded photo is decoded and stored without its original location or camera metadata. No AI generation runs automatically when a request is submitted.
Proofs and orders
Finished artwork, revisions and approvals are kept with the request. Proof pages use private, expiring links. Anyone with your link can view your proof, so keep it private. Payment testing uses Stripe test mode; live payments are not enabled. The site does not store payment-card details. Please use only authorised test photographs and test details during this rehearsal.
Removing a request
The studio can delete an unordered request with its photographs and artwork, and revoke its private links. Incomplete uploads are cleaned up after their upload window expires. Contact the studio if you want test information removed. The retention period for real requests and order records will be confirmed before the service opens.
Other website services
The working studio is hosted on Vercel, with Supabase for private records and files, Resend for email and Stripe for checkout testing. These services process the information needed to provide and secure their functions. A separate Sites preview may also remain available. Fonts are served with the website. This application does not add advertising cookies, marketing analytics or a mailing-list signup.
Before the shop opens
A full customer privacy notice, business contact details and photo-retention policy will be published before live sketch requests are accepted. Photographs should only be submitted if you have permission to use them.
