A portrait sketch, the proposed inscription layout and a realistic visualisation of your plaque in the agreed finish, with a quote. Check the likeness and wording, and ask for changes before deciding to order. No payment, deposit or obligation to buy.
How do I order after seeing my sketch?+
Your sketch is sent by email with a quote and a payment link. Check the likeness, spelling, dates and layout. If you are happy to go ahead, use the payment link. Making the plaque starts after approval and payment.
Can I ask for a change to the sketch?+
Yes. Reply to the proof email with the changes you would like. We want the portrait, wording and layout to feel right before you place an order. Any change affecting the quote is discussed before payment.
What photograph should I send?+
Choose the clearest original image you have. Faces should be in focus and reasonably well lit, with eyes and important features visible. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and photos taken from far away. If an older photograph is all you have, we can look at it with you.
